Our Bed and Breakfast in Tarbert is graded 4 Star and has two double rooms and one single room. The rooms have their own facilities and are beautifully furnished and decorated.

Struan House was originally built in 1846 as a small hotel. Today, it still retains the charm and character you would hope to find in a harbour side dwelling, with great views across the harbour.

One of the great things about Struan House is its location in the village. It is extremely well placed for access to all the village amenities on foot – from art galleries to restaurants, bars and cafes, newsagents to gift shops. A stroll along the front is a very pleasant way to spend the afternoon.

Now eat breakfast, lunch and dinner looking across the working fish quay in our new bistro. What better way to eat than by watching fishing boats depart and arrive, landing their catch? Watch the hustle and bustle and the shimmer of the harbour water in relaxed and modern surroundings.

We serve freshly prepared food including locally supplied seafood and shellfish, pasta dishes (inc gluten free), home-made pizza, freshly made soups and salads and home baking and we are fully licensed. Please contact us or please click here for details of our opening hours and our current menu.

We also have free WIFI available so whether you are away from home on holiday or in Tarbert on business you can pop into Scott’s and check your mail or browse the internet over a cup of coffee or a glass of wine or beer.
